Cloning, Bioinformatics and Expression Analysis of <i>SmWRKY53 </i>Gene in <i>Solanum melongena </i>L

In this study, SmWRKY53  gene was selected from the data of high temperture transcriptome and gene expression detection "Tewangda" seedlings. It then cloned, bioinformatics preliminary analyzed. The results showed that open reading frame 1 083 bp, encoding 360 amino acids. 138-144 acids contain a typical "WRKYGQK" conserved domain, zinc finger structure is C 2 HC type, belonging to Group Ⅲ subfamily. homology comparison phylogenetic tree analysis closely related StWRKY53 potato ( Solanum tuberosum ), 91.41%. Bioinformatics prediction basic unstable hydrophilic protein with no signal peptide transmembrane domain. ratio random coil in secondary highest, 63.89%. There acid disorder structural regions protein. Subcellular localization indicated most likely located nucleus. Quantitative Real-time PCR relative levels  was highest mature stem lowest flesh.  in roots, stems leaves eggplant seedlings first increased decreased, reached peak at 3 h under temperature stress. This study provides reference for further exploring function  SmWRKY53  gene.
